The Director of Public Works at

my request has prepared the enclosed plan of the site on

which it is proposed to build the Anatomical Laboratory.

The area is 4,950 Square Feet and the value of the site,

taking premium at 15 cents per Square Foot and Crown Rent

at $300 per acre, will be:-

4,950 Square Feet at 15 cents equals,

say....

Crown Rent at $300 per acre per annum

equals $34 by 14
